**Southern Land Company Relocates to 99 Park Avenue, Bringing Tower to Full Occupancy**

Developer Southern Land Company has signed a 13,000-square-foot lease at 99 Park Avenue, a significant move that brings the 600,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Manhattan to full occupancy. The company will be relocating from its previous office at 75 Rockefeller Center and will occupy part of the building’s fourth floor.

The tower is owned by Global Holdings Management Group. JLL, serving as the exclusive leasing agent for 99 Park Avenue, arranged the lease. The JLL team included Vice Chairman Paul Glickman, Senior Vice Presidents Diana Biasotti and Harrison Potter, and Executive Vice President Kristen Morgan. They collaborated with Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President at Global Holdings, and Alex Radmin, Director of Leasing. Southern Land Company was represented in the transaction by JLL’s Vice Chairman Ben Bass and Senior Vice President Seth Godnick.

In a statement, Paul Glickman noted, “99 Park Avenue is a prime example of Class A properties with strong, well-capitalized ownership committed to attracting tenants through long-term investment. It’s a premier asset in one of the city’s tightest submarkets, with extensive amenities and an ideal location.”

With this lease, 99 Park Avenue stands as a fully occupied, in-demand commercial property in Midtown Manhattan.
