The primary contractor for a new high-rise in Las Vegas has reached a significant milestone by completing the topping of one of its 22-story buildings. T.B. Penick & Sons, the lead contractor on the project, has finished construction on this building which will house 272 units in Symphony Park, an up-and-coming neighborhood in the city.
Developed by Southern Land Co., this project is known as Capella and is expected to be fully completed by next summer. The company also has another development called Bria underway across from Capella with a similar completion date.
Both Bria and Capella offer luxurious amenities such as a resident lounge, co-working space, concierge services, fitness center with yoga studio and even a dog run for pet owners. Residents will also have access to various recreational facilities including swimming pool , hot tub and outdoor bar area equipped with TVs and grills at their disposal. Additionally,the building will feature approximately 16,250 square feet of retail space for dining options.
Located within Symphony Park’s sprawling 61-acre neighborhood are several notable attractions like The Smith Center for Performing Arts,Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health,and Discovery Children’s Museum making it an ideal location to live in Las Vegas.
