Rails, the Los Angeles-based lifestyle and fashion brand known for its laid-back California aesthetic and elevated essentials, has officially opened its first Maryland retail store at Bethesda Row.
The new location brings a curated selection of women’s and men’s apparel to the upscale shopping destination, which is situated just seven miles north of Washington, D.C. Bethesda Row is part of Federal Realty’s mixed-use development, featuring over 300,000 square feet of retail and dining space, more than 140,000 square feet of office space, and a luxury residential building known as Upstairs at Bethesda Row.
Rails’ Bethesda store reflects the brand’s signature blend of luxury and casual fashion. This opening marks another step in Rails’ ongoing national retail expansion, following recent launches in Boston, Austin, and Nashville.
