Seamless Capital is planning a new mixed-use development on South Lamar Boulevard in Austin. The project, called SoLa Mixed Use, will feature a combination of residential, office, restaurant and retail space.

The development will consist of two buildings with the potential to house hundreds of apartments and over 100,000 square feet of office space. The first building will be eight stories tall and include 387 multifamily units spanning 452,531 square feet.
