The developer of a new Aventura tower is seeking to revise the unit mix for its Miami-area project. 2151 Development Group has received approval for 86 condos in a 26-story building. However, they are now requesting that the City Commission modify the mix to include 93 condos and 224 hotel rooms in just 21 stories. The development, known as Tal Aventura, will also feature parking on several lower levels and amenities such as a pool and basketball court on the ground level. Separate lobbies will be provided for both condo residents and hotel guests.
Tal Aventura’s architect is Miami-based Idea Architects, chosen due to their expertise in designing high-end developments like this one in an area known for having some of Miami-Dade County’s most expensive condos.
According to its website, South Florida-based company 2151 Development Group specializes in real estate investment and development across top markets nationwide. They handle all aspects of projects from acquisition through construction management.
