The developer of a new tower in Aventura, Miami is seeking to revise the unit mix for their project. 2151 Development Group has received approval for 86 condos across 26 stories. However, they are now requesting that the City Commission modify the mix to include 93 condos and add an additional feature of 224 hotel rooms in just 21 stories. The development, known as Tal Aventura, will also offer parking on lower levels and amenities such as a pool and basketball court on the ground floor. Separate lobbies will be provided for both condo residents and hotel guests.
Tal Aventura’s architect is Miami-based Idea Architects who have designed many high-end projects in this area where condo prices are among some of the highest in Miami-Dade County.
