Industrious, a flexible workspace provider, has announced its eighth location in South Florida. This property is set to open in early 2024 and was developed through collaboration with Mayfair Real Estate Advisors and Whalou Properties. It will be located at 3390 Mary Street, Suites 116 and 216 in Coconut Grove, FL.
