**Resia Completes 420-Unit Resia Golden Glades with Hybrid Modular Construction**

Resia has completed construction of Resia Golden Glades, a 420-unit apartment community located at 550 N.W. 161st Street in the Biscayne Gardens neighborhood of South Florida. The development utilizes a hybrid construction model, combining traditional site-built techniques with modular components.

The modular bathrooms and kitchens were pre-fabricated at Resia’s manufacturing facility in Georgia, complete with plumbing and electrical installations. These units were then transported to Florida and integrated into four five-story buildings constructed on site. According to Resia, this innovative process significantly reduces construction time and waste.

The company broke ground on the 7.11-acre site in May 2024 after securing a $71 million construction loan. Resia originally acquired the property in 2021 for $12 million.

Looking ahead, Resia Manufacturing plans to offer its modular kitchen and bathroom solutions to third-party developers in both the residential and hospitality sectors.

Resia Golden Glades offers units ranging in size from 609 to 1,024 square feet, with monthly rents ranging from $2,115 to $3,941. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and playground.
