Keystone Construction Company, a leading firm in Missouri specializing in office, industrial, healthcare and retail projects, has commenced construction on a new $5 million headquarters for SourceOne Solutions LLC. The commercial lighting solutions company will be based in St. Louis.
The 37,500-square-foot building is situated on a 6.4-acre site at 6800 Keaton Corporate Parkway in the suburb of O’Fallon and is expected to be completed by fall of 2024. Gray Design Group serves as the architect for this project while Knapp Engineering and Civil & Environmental Consultants are responsible for engineering.
