**Sotheby’s Institute of Art Renews Midtown Lease with Feil Organization**

The Feil Organization has announced a 10-year lease renewal with Sotheby’s Institute of Art at 570 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. The institute, which has occupied the entire sixth floor—totaling 19,436 square feet—for the past 18 years, will continue its operations at the historic Art Deco skyscraper.

Sotheby’s Institute of Art, a global leader in art and luxury business education and part of the BrandEd network, plans to modernize its administrative offices and classroom facilities as part of its continued commitment to enhancing its student and faculty experience.

“We’re thrilled that Sotheby’s Institute of Art has chosen to remain at 570 Lexington for the long term,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at The Feil Organization. “Their commitment to renewing and modernizing their space is a testament to the building’s premier location and the strength of our relationship with the tenant.”

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Tim Parlante, and Kyle Young. Brad Needleman and Matt Augarten of Newmark represented Sotheby’s Institute of Art in the lease transaction.
