The Estate Companies has obtained site plan approval for Soleste La Piazza, a 23-story building with 378 luxury rental apartments, 6,919 square feet of retail space and 1,706 square feet of offices located on the west side of Young Circle at 1845 Hollywood Boulevard. The City’s Planning and Development Board unanimously endorsed the project during its meeting on September 12th without requiring city commission approval.
Principal Jeffrey Ardizon from The Estate Companies expressed his gratitude to the City of Hollywood and its staff: “Downtown Hollywood is becoming one of South Florida’s most desirable urban locations. This is our fourth project in Downtown; we are committed to transforming this city.”
Soleste La Piazza will offer studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 404 to 1,605 square feet in size.
