Stonemont Financial Group has signed a 296,240-square-foot lease with Binary Container Logistics at Sunridge Industrial Park in Wilmer, Texas — a suburb located just south of Dallas.
Binary Container Logistics, headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, operates more than 100 branch and direct warehouses, logistics centers, and service outlets across Yancheng, Ningbo, Shanghai, the United States, Europe, Singapore, and more. These facilities are strategically positioned near new energy industrial parks, transportation ports, and inland hubs to optimize logistics and distribution.
Sunridge Industrial Park is located at 800 Cottonwood Valley Road, offering convenient access to I-45 and I-20. The facility also provides 3,000 square feet of speculative office space. Nathan Lawrence, Krista Raymond, and Will Carney of KBC Advisors represented the landlord, Stonemont Financial Group, in the transaction.
