Mohr Capital has successfully secured a new lease agreement with Sojo Industries at Mohr Logistics Park. The lease covers 151,950 square feet of space in Lot 5 of the industrial park.
Representing Mohr was Mark Writt from CBRE, while Jim Scott and Steve Shaub from Avison Young represented Sojo. This marks the sixth major lease for Mohr Logistics Park, which has received numerous awards for its Class A industrial facilities. Sojo Industries is a rapidly growing technology company that specializes in advanced robotics, mobile manufacturing, and modular packaging solutions.
