**Soar N Bounce Opens First Minnesota Location in Burnsville**

Soar N Bounce, the Chicago-based indoor entertainment company known for its inflatable obstacle courses, trampolines, and bounce houses, has marked its first move outside Illinois with a new location in Minnesota. The company recently signed a 66,100-square-foot lease at Aurora Village Shopping Center in Burnsville, Minnesota, signaling the start of a broader regional expansion targeting secondary Midwest markets.

The lease was announced by Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS), which represented the property owner, Aurora Investments LLC, in the transaction. TRS Vice President Brad Kaplan and Senior Associate Molly Townsend led the negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Soar N Bounce was represented by Brian Weld and Tom Martin of Cushman & Wakefield.

Aurora Village is a 122,323-square-foot retail center located at 1801 County Road 42 West in Burnsville. The center boasts a prime location near major retailers such as Costco, Target, Cub Foods, and Best Buy. It is also home to popular dining options including Café Zupas, Olive Garden, and Raising Cane’s, in addition to a mix of national and local retailers.

The new Soar N Bounce facility aims to attract families and children with its high-energy attractions and is expected to become a key entertainment anchor for the shopping center.
