SMI Property Management, based in Willamette Valley, has recently merged with Portland-based JPM Real Estate Services. This merger will expand SMI’s top-notch services to the greater Portland area while retaining all staff and properties currently managed by JPM. With this addition, SMI’s management portfolio now includes over 2,100 units and a total of 5,400 multifamily units under their management. Additionally, they also oversee around 50 commercial office and retail properties in the mid-Willamette Valley.
