Lee & Associates successfully represented Smart Warehousing, a warehousing, fulfillment and logistics solutions company based in Kansas City, Missouri, in their lease renewal of a 190,440-square-foot industrial space at 909 Whitaker Road in Plainfield, Indiana. The tenant was represented by John Sharpe and Steve Beals from Lee & Associates Indianapolis office along with Richard King. Nuveen Industrial’s owner was represented by Brian Seitz from JLL Indianapolis.
This is the second time that Smart Warehousing has renewed their lease for this space which offers an ideal location near the Indianapolis International Airport and I-70 interchange.
