Slatt Capital Secures Financing for San Antonio BTR Property

Slatt Capital successfully secured financing for the Villas at Bella Vista, a newly constructed 43-unit Build-to-Rent townhome project in San Antonio, Texas. The $11.2 million bridge loan was obtained through Arixa Capital and will be used to pay off an existing construction loan and support the project until it reaches full occupancy.

The general contractor for this development was HHS Residential, who delivered the project on schedule and within budget in 2024. The townhomes feature a mix of three- and four-bedroom layouts with three bathrooms each, spanning two stories and averaging 1,840 square feet. Each unit also includes private backyards and attached two-car garages.

Makenzie W. Campbell from Slatt Capital led the efforts to secure financing for this property on behalf of the sponsor alongside John Darrow and Dominic Sestito from Slatt’s team.

Located at 13721 Giovanni’s Garden just a short drive west of Downtown San Antonio, this BTR property offers convenient access to city amenities while still providing residents with a peaceful suburban setting.
