**Slatt Capital Expands Orange County Mortgage Banking Team**

Slatt Capital, a prominent commercial mortgage banking firm, has announced the addition of Thomas Preston and Shannon Yarborough to its Orange County office as commercial mortgage bankers.

Thomas Preston joins the firm as Managing Director, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate capital advisory. Prior to this appointment, he led the capital markets division at NAI Capital Finance. Throughout his career, Preston has arranged more than $2 billion in debt and equity placements across a wide range of asset classes. He is set to spearhead the expansion of Slatt Capital’s footprint in the Orange County market.

Shannon Yarborough joins as Vice President, where she will focus on debt and capital advisory. She also comes from NAI Capital Finance, contributing more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, having served in a variety of roles throughout her career.
