Seattle-based business and technology consulting firm, Slalom, is set to relocate its headquarters in 2024. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, the company will move into Hawk Tower located at 255 S. King Street in Pioneer Square from their current location at the Exchange Building on Second Avenue.
The lease agreement was made directly with building owner Steinhauer Properties, a renowned vertically integrated real estate development company. Completed in 2018 by Steinhauer Properties, Hawk Tower boasts of 11 floors and covers an area of over 209,000 square feet.
Upon relocation, Hawk Tower will be rebranded as Slalom Hawk Tower. Previously known as Avalara Hawk Tower due to its use as a headquarters for tax software company Avalara. This announcement was made by Connect CRE.
