SL Green Realty Corp. announced on Tuesday that a new 10-year lease has been signed at their property, 810 Seventh Ave., in Midtown Manhattan. The tenant, law firm Kauff McGuire & Margolis LLP, will occupy the entire 33rd floor of the building which spans over 17,320 square feet.
This lease is just one of several recent deals made by SL Green at this location. Other tenants who have recently signed leases include Mirae Asset Securities, Berkley Research Group, BOND NY RE Corp and Bragar Eagel & Squire for a total of nearly 100
