SL Green Realty Corp. has signed 31 office leases totaling 299,137 square feet in the second quarter of 2021, bringing their total leasing volume for 2023 to 803,819 square feet. Notable transactions include a 99,568-square-foot renewal and expansion lease at 280 Park Ave., signed by one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds and represented by CBRE’s Silvio Petriello et al.; two new leases were also secured at 245 Park Ave.: EQT Partners (76,204 SF) was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Ethan Silverstein and Michael Movshovich; Angelo Gordon (10,636 SF) was repped by Newmark’s David Falk and Peter Shimkin; Stone Point Capital LLC expanded its space with a 12692SF lease at One Vanderbilt Ave., which was handled through CBRE John Maher.
