SL Green Realty Corp. has successfully secured a large lease renewal and expansion with Bloomberg, L.P. at 919 Third Ave in Midtown Manhattan, totaling 924,876 square feet. This includes an extension of their current lease for 749,035 square feet for the next 11 years starting on March 1st,2029 and a new lease for an additional15 years covering175,841 square feet.
This agreement comes shortly after Bloomberg renewed their headquarters’ lease at Alexander’s Inc-owned building located at731 Lexington Ave., where they occupy all946815squarefeet of office space.This latest deal further strengthens the longstanding relationship between SL Green and Bloomberg as well as supporting the company’s ongoing expansion in New York City.
The team from CBRE consisting of Howard Fiddle,C hris Mansfield,Zach Weil,and Ryan Luck represented Bloomberg while SL Green was represented by Robert Alexander,Ryan Alexander ,Emily Chabrier,Taylor Callahan,Alex D’Amario,and Nicole Marshall from CBRE . The signing of this massive renewal and expansion is another significant milestone for both companies.
