SkyREM Expands with $100M Acquisition of 1.4M SF Midwest Industrial Portfolio
SkyREM is continuing its rapid growth with the acquisition of 1.4 million square feet of industrial real estate across three key Midwest markets. The off-market transactions, valued at nearly $100 million, mark a major step in the company’s strategic expansion into high-demand logistics and manufacturing hubs.
The acquisitions include:
– A 565,560-square-foot e-commerce logistics facility in Indiana.
– A 548,465-square-foot, mission-critical third-party logistics (3PL) distribution center located at Logistics Park Kansas City.
– A 246,637-square-foot manufacturing headquarters in Wisconsin, which is fully leased.
Each of the properties is 100% leased under long-term agreements, reinforcing the portfolio’s stability and income-generating potential.
To fuel this expansion, SkyREM has secured two major acquisition lines of credit, positioning the company for additional growth. At the same time, it is divesting from several legacy assets to refine its portfolio and focus on high-performing assets.
“Our acquisitions in Indianapolis, Kansas City, and Milwaukee represent the foundation of our strategic expansion,” said Marc Civitillo, Managing Director at SkyREM. “These markets offer powerful logistics and manufacturing advantages, highly functional real estate, and tenants aligned with long-term occupancy.”
This latest milestone reflects SkyREM’s commitment to building a robust portfolio of industrial properties in core logistics corridors across the United States.
