**Sky Zone to Launch New Trampoline Park in Brooklyn’s Bergen Beach Warehouse**
Sky Zone has signed a long-term lease for a 52,100-square-foot space at 2350 E. 69th Street in the Bergen Beach section of Brooklyn. The single-story warehouse, owned by Turnbridge Equities, will be transformed into a new indoor trampoline park. The company is expected to take occupancy this summer.
“This lease underscores the growing and diversified demand for strategically located, urban industrial properties,” said Ryan Nelson, managing principal of Turnbridge Equities. “We continue to see tremendous leasing demand both from traditional warehouse and distribution users, as well as from different sectors of New York City’s diversified economy that require warehouse use.”
The property is one of eight industrial assets that Turnbridge owns in the Tri-State area. Turnbridge acquired the site last year, and it is currently leased to Match Point NYC, whose lease is set to expire.
Sky Zone was represented in the transaction by Josh Gosin and Jordan Gosin of Newmark. Turnbridge Equities represented itself in the lease agreement.
