Greenstone Partners recently facilitated the sale of two properties in Illinois: Railway Plaza, a multi-tenant retail investment located at 572 Weston Ridge Drive in Naperville, and 9008-9018 Gross Point Road in Skokie.
Railway Plaza was sold for $1,700,000 or $220 per square foot. The Class B property spans 7,719 square feet and is situated near the Route 59 Metra station. It benefits from its prime location between downtown Naperville and downtown Aurora. Greenstone Partners Director Malek Abdulsamad represented both the buyer – an Illinois-based private investor – and seller in this transaction.
“We were pleased to receive multiple offers for this property,” said Abdulsamad. “Ultimately, we were able to secure a local buyer who was interested in adding this asset to their portfolio. At the time of closing, Railway Plaza was already occupied by several tenants with a dental practice as its anchor.”
