**Skender Tops Out Ardalan Plaza in Indiana’s Arts & Design District**
Skender recently celebrated the topping out of Ardalan Plaza, marking a major milestone in the construction of the $19 million, three-story, mixed-use development located in Indiana’s Arts & Design District.
Situated at 331 W. Main Street in Carmel, Ardalan Plaza will feature 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and gallery space. The second floor will house four luxury condominiums, while the third level will include a private residence complete with a rooftop terrace.
“The topping out of this monumental project is an incredible milestone for all of our trade partners, our project team, and the many stakeholders who have contributed to the success of this project,” said Brian Simons, Senior Vice President at Skender. “Once completed, Ardalan Plaza will bring continued economic growth to the city.”
The development is a collaborative effort involving the Carmel Redevelopment Commission and the Ardalan family, with support from Skender Construction, Studio M Architecture and Planning, Civil & Environmental Consultants, and KBSO Consulting Engineers. Completion is anticipated in 2026.
