Skender has recently finished construction on Studio B, a state-of-the-art shopping and performance center for Bettinardi Golf. Located at 1225 W. 22nd Street in Oak Brook, Illinois, this immersive facility boasts a total area of 6,877 square feet and offers an unparalleled experience for golf enthusiasts.
The project was led by Skender as the general contractor with support from architect RGLA Solutions and Cresa acting as commercial broker and owner’s representative. The ground floor location of the two-tower office complex is conveniently situated next to Michael Jordan’s restaurant.
Featuring a spacious shopping area, two private putter fitting bays, custom wedge fitting services,and event space,the facility caters to all aspects of the golfing experience. According to Jacob Boyle,senior project manager at Skender,”the high-end nature of this project required our team’s unwavering attention to detailand focus on delivering an exceptional end-user experience.” He further adds that working on this project was both challenging and enjoyable.
