Skanska USA Civil has announced leadership shifts in its West Coast executive team, effective August 7. Mike Aparicio will transition from his role as EVP of the region to SVP of operations, while James Bailey moves into the role of EVP and Ryan Clayton is promoted to SVP, general manager.
Don Fusco, president and CEO of Skanska USA’s Civil operations commented on this transition: “Mike has been a force in the construction industry for 15 years now and a huge asset to our team. He built an incredible team that will lead us forward into the next chapter and I appreciate having had this opportunity with him.”
Aparicio joined Skanska in 2008 where he delivered some major infrastructure developments throughout Los Angeles region.
