Skanska USA Building, a global construction and development firm, has appointed Ayesha Adams as its first-ever National Director of Culture & Engagement. This new role is part of the company’s national Diversity and Inclusion team.
Adams will transition from her current position as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Skanska to expand the business’ internal D&I infrastructure and engagement efforts from their Atlanta office. She brings nearly two decades of human resources experience to her new role, including most recently with Skanska itself; prior to that she served in HR roles at Aaron’s Inc., The Home Depot, and Ricoh Americas Corporation.
Adams holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources from Troy University along with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
