Skanska has announced that The Angie, a new American French bistro concept from the Balos Restaurant Group and For Five Coffee Roasters, will be opening at 3901 Fairfax. This highly anticipated restaurant will occupy 5,700 square feet of the building’s ground-floor retail space and offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
The Angie boasts an impressive outdoor dining area with seating for up to 162 guests. Inside, there will be a full-service bar as well as a barista bar for coffee lovers. Additionally, customers can enjoy lounging in the comfortable lounge area or reserve the private dining room for special occasions. Co-founder of The Angie and For Five Coffee Roasters Stefanos Vouvoudakis expressed excitement about this being their third restaurant but first collaboration with Skanska.
Representing The Angie in this transaction was Papadopoulous Properties while H&R Retail represented Skanska. Set to open in September of 2024 ,3901 Fairfax is conveniently located next to Quincy Park with easy access to Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations as well as Reagan National Airport,I-66,and Route 50.Additionally,bike-share stations are also available nearby,making it easily accessible by various modes of transportation.
