Skanska recently completed two campus renovation projects in the Boston region. At Boston College, Skanska undertook a $1.5 million renovation of Higgins Hall auditorium, which required complete demolition and installation of new finishes such as acoustical wall panels and millwork. Additionally, they renovated Northeastern University’s 60,000-square-foot White Hall Dormitory with a scope including flooring removal, hazardous material abatement and new flooring installations across multiple areas of the building for an estimated cost of $2.6 million dollars. These renovations demonstrate Skanska’s commitment to providing high quality construction services to their clients in the area while meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively without compromising safety or quality standards
