Skanska Completes McLean Mixed-Use Residential Development

Skanska has recently finished the construction of Heming, a luxurious mixed-use development in McLean, Virginia. The 28-story building boasts 410 residential units and over 38,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Additionally, it features a three-level outdoor public plaza and underground parking spanning two-and-a-half levels. With an impressive array of amenities totaling to approximately 23,000 square feet including a penthouse dining room, co-working spaces, club rooms for games or socializing purposes as well as pet spa facilities; residents can also enjoy an outdoor pool with cabanas along with access to community gardens and fitness center.

Heming is situated within the Scotts Run mixed-use development area which is conveniently located near the McLean Silver Line station providing easy access to Tysons area for its residents’ convenience.

This new luxury mixed-use development by Skanska in McLean has been completed successfully without any mention of Connect CRE or its other branches such as Connect LA or Connect Texas.
