“Sixth Location of Mama Lu’s Dumpling House Opens in Arcadia”

"Sixth Location of Mama Lu's Dumpling House Opens in Arcadia"

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services recently oversaw the purchase of a 5,000-square-foot restaurant space located at 1212 S. Baldwin Ave. in Arcadia for Dream1212 LLC, the owner of Mama Lu’s Dumpling House. The traditional Chinese restaurant already has several successful locations throughout Southern California and was looking to expand its presence in the San Gabriel Valley.

The acquisition, which was completed for $4 million, marks Mama Lu’s sixth location and is part of their rapid expansion plans. DAUM EVP Rudy Lara from their South Bay office led the transaction and stated that with its flagship shop in Monterey Park already having a strong following in the area, adding an Arcadia location made perfect sense.

Lara also mentioned that this is just one step towards Mama Lu’s continued growth as they have plans to open new locations in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas by early 2025. Alongside Rudy Lara were VP Nick Peukpiboon as well as Nathan Lara and Andrew Lara from DAUM who all played key roles on behalf of their client during this transaction.

Overall, it’s clear that both DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services and Mama Lu’s Dumpling House are dedicated to expanding their reach within Southern California through strategic acquisitions like this one.
