### Luxury Apartment Tower Overlooking Grapevine Lake Now Leasing
Realty Capital Residential has completed a luxury apartment tower in Flower Mound, offering striking views of Grapevine Lake. With rents starting at $4,000 per month, the 16-story development, *Thirty-One Eleven Sunset*, was constructed by general contractor Archer Western. The project, which broke ground in December 2022, received a construction loan from Barings, while Realty Capital Residential and Creek Lane Capital provided equity funding.
The 207-unit tower is part of *Lakeside Village*, Realty Capital’s expansive 160-acre, $2.5 billion mixed-use development. The community features over 40 shops and restaurants, 1,297 apartments, 61 condominiums, and 165,000 square feet of office space.
*Thirty-One Eleven Sunset* offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouses and townhomes. Residents will enjoy a variety of upscale amenities, including a five-level parking garage, a sixth-floor rooftop swimming pool, a spa and terrace, and an on-site bar and lounge. Additionally, approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-level space is available for retail and restaurant leasing.
