JLL has successfully secured a new lease for Sixt car rentals at 231 W. Katella Ave in Anaheim, marking the rental company’s first location in Orange County. The 1,500-square-foot building on an 18,125 square-foot lot is set to open in the second quarter of 2024.
Justin McMahon of JLL represented the landlord, MacBaisey Living Trust while CBRE’s Bronson Morgan and Ryan Gurman represented Sixt.
The demand for retail and retail-adjacent spaces remains strong among various industries such as travel, healthcare and professional services according to McMahon. He also noted that the prime location of 231 W. Katella Ave near popular tourist attractions makes it an ideal spot for Sixt’s debut in OC.
