**Hanover and LOCAL Secure Financing for Six-Story Office Project at Houston’s Autry Park**

Hanover and LOCAL have secured construction financing and joint venture equity to develop Autry Park One, a six-story, 127,651-square-foot office building planned along Allen Parkway and the Buffalo Bayou in Houston, Texas.

Autry Park One will be part of the expansive Autry Park development, a luxury mixed-use community situated between Downtown Houston, The Texas Medical Center, Rice University, River Oaks, and Uptown. The 14-acre site is already home to Hanover Autry Park and Hanover Parkview. Upon full build-out, the development will feature a curated mix of multifamily housing, office space, hospitality, and retail across multiple buildings.

The new Class A building will offer approximately 116,120 square feet of boutique office space and 10,500 square feet of ground-level retail. Amenities will include private offices, dedicated meeting spaces, mid-level outdoor terraces, a rooftop deck with indoor/outdoor features, a fitness facility, and underground parking.

A JLL Capital Markets team comprising Colby Mueck, Cortney Cole, and Kevin McConn arranged the joint venture equity and secured a syndicated construction loan involving two regional banks.

Autry Park One aims to deliver a premium office experience in one of Houston’s most dynamic mixed-use environments.
