Colliers U.S. has successfully facilitated the sale of Wando Crossing, a fully occupied regional shopping center spanning 214,029 square feet for $46,750,000 in Charleston’s affluent Mount Pleasant area. The prominent retail destination was acquired by Ziff Real Estate Partners.

Leading the Colliers team was Brad Peterson who represented the seller SITE Centers while Donald Jennewein also of Colliers assisted Ziff Real Estate Partners in securing financing for the transaction.

Situated on 21.2 acres, Wando Crossing boasts a lineup of national anchors including HomeGoods, Marshalls,TJ Maxx,Ashley HomeStore Total Wine & More,Michaels,Petco,and Five Below. This recent deal marks another successful venture by SITE Centers as they continue to expand their portfolio across South Carolina’s thriving market.
