High Mark Construction and Strong Wall Construction, two sister companies in the general contracting and fire restoration industries, have signed a lease for 12,126 square feet of space within Greenleigh – a mixed-use business community in Baltimore. The companies will relocate to 12 Irondale Street by mid-summer.
The building at 12 Irondale Street is LEED Gold certified with flexible layouts and parking space. Developed by St. John Properties and Somerset Companies upon completion Greenleigh will include over 2200 residential units as well as nearly two million square feet of commercial space .
This move marks an important milestone for High Mark Construction & Strong Wall Constructions’ expansion plans into the Baltimore area real estate market.
