The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has announced the appointment of James Dinegar as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a strategic new chapter focused on innovation, growth, and added value for members and the broader commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

With a leadership background spanning more than 30 years, Dinegar brings a wealth of experience in organizational management and CRE advocacy. His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of the American Institute of Architects, President & CEO of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and a leadership position in government and industry affairs at BOMA International.
