The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has officially named James Dinegar as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a new era of innovation, growth, and enhanced value for both its members and the broader commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

Dinegar brings with him more than three decades of leadership experience in high-impact organizations across the Washington, D.C. region. His impressive background includes roles such as Chief Operating Officer at the American Institute of Architects, President and CEO of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and leadership positions in government and industry affairs at BOMA International.
