### Simon Property Group’s Brea Mall Undergoes Major Revamp with New Tenants and Residential Units
Simon Property Group’s Brea Mall is set for a significant transformation, welcoming nine new tenants, including Uniqlo and Rivian, while also adding 380 apartment units. According to the *Los Angeles Business Times*, two existing tenants, Pottery Barn and Lululemon, will relocate and expand within the center.
This redevelopment, encompassing a 119,000-square-foot space, includes the construction of new apartment units on the site of the former Sears store. The project is expected to be completed by this spring.
Recent additions to the mall include fashion retailer Zara, fitness and health center Life Time, Asian restaurant Din Tai Fung, and Italian eatery North Italia. “The addition of these exciting brands continues to show incredible momentum around Brea Mall’s comprehensive transformation,” said Nate Weirbach, director of marketing and business development at Brea Mall. “We look forward to adding even more amenities in the future.”
Originally opened in 1977, the 1.28-million-square-foot Brea Mall continues to evolve as a prime shopping and lifestyle destination in the region.
