Anthony Lawrence-Belfair, a furniture company specializing in the production, distribution, repair and restoration of furniture and home goods, has signed a long-term lease for 25,214 square feet of warehouse space and 19,312 square feet of land at Simone Development’s property located at 1200 Zerega Ave. in the Bronx. This new location will serve as both a showroom and studio for the company as it relocates from Long Island City.
Simone Development was represented by their own leasing and legal teams along with Mat Diana from DY Realty during negotiations. Helen Paul from Cushman & Wakefield and Joseph Caputo from Exit Realty Premier represented Anthony Lawrence-Belfair.
According to Josh Gopan, Vice President of Leasing for Simone Development: “With its prime location offering easy access to transportation routes,

This lease marks the final available warehouse space on offer at this particular site.The second floor still has approximately12 ,891square feetof office space remaining.
