### Simone Development Secures 24,500 SF in New Leases at Thornwood Property
Simone Development Companies has finalized 24,500 square feet of new leases at 1 Zeiss Drive in Thornwood, NY, located in Westchester County. The deals involve two tenants: Immortal Fitness, which has leased 14,994 square feet, and the Random Farms Kids’ Theater, which has secured 9,506 square feet. Both businesses are relocating to the property.
The leasing was managed by Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams, in collaboration with the exclusive broker for the property, New York Commercial Realty Group (NYCRG). Immortal Fitness was also represented by NYCRG, while CBRE represented the Random Farms Kids’ Theater.
