**Simone Development Secures Long-Term Leases in the Bronx**
Simone Development Companies has finalized two new long-term lease agreements totaling 9,267 square feet at 1733 Eastchester Road, a medical and office property in the Bronx.
The Bronx Endovascular Center has leased 6,663 square feet on the ground floor, marking its first and only location. Catholic Charities – Beacon of Hope has taken 2,604 square feet on the second floor, expanding the organization’s presence in the borough and complementing its existing office at 2510 Westchester Avenue.
Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams negotiated both transactions on behalf of ownership. Laurence London & Co. represented Bronx Endovascular Center in its lease agreement.
