Simone Development Companies has recently signed a long-term lease with Arsen’s Gym for a 9,000-square-foot fitness facility located at 316 Courtland Ave in Stamford, CT. This will be the sixth location for Arsen’s Gym and will offer an array of equipment such as cardio machines, boxing bags, free weights and cable machines.
The leasing and legal team from Simone Development Companies along with Kevin Langtry from RM Friedland represented the developer in this deal.
According to Josh Gopan, VP of leasing for Simone Development Companies: “This new addition is a perfect fit alongside our current fitness-oriented tenants including Advanced Therapy & Performance and Empowered Aerial Fitness. We believe that Arsen’s Gym will not only benefit the local community but also enhance the overall fitness landscape in this area.”
