**Simon Completes Multimillion-Dollar Revamp of Northshore Mall**
Simon, the prominent shopping center REIT, has completed a multimillion-dollar revitalization at Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA. The redevelopment introduces new elements such as a hotel, health and beauty services, and luxury fitness, enhancing the mall’s offerings.
As part of the transformation, Northshore Mall recently welcomed a 116,000-square-foot Life Time Athletic Resort. Additionally, the center has added Golf Lounge 18, a state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator experience, along with new retailers Arhaus and L.L. Bean. Earlier this year, construction began on the Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody, which is scheduled to open in fall 2026.
Laura Schwartz, regional vice president of leasing at Simon, emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing the shopping experience. “As the premier owner of retail, dining, and entertainment destinations nationwide, Simon continues to strategically invest in its properties to provide exceptional experiences for shoppers, retailers, and the communities we serve,” she stated. “Northshore Mall is an example of our commitment.
