Swiss Gables Apartments, a 108-unit multifamily property located at 4620 S 254th Place in the Lake Fenwick neighborhood of Kent, Washington, has been sold to a private investor.
The transaction was brokered by Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, JD Fuller, and Elijah Piper of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews, who represented the seller, John Stephanus, and also sourced the buyer.
Built in 1969, Swiss Gables presents a unique investment opportunity, offering a well-maintained asset with significant value-add potential.
