Silverstein's U.S. Bank Tower Finishes 54th Floor & Lobby Renovations

JRM Construction West completed a 12,000-square-foot demolition and renovation of the U.S. Bank Tower’s 54th floor and a 17,000-square-foot main lobby renovation for building owner Silverstein Properties. In the summer of 2020, Silverstein acquired the 1.4 million square foot tower located at 633 W 5th St in Los Angeles for $430 million to begin their major high rise renovations which included new amenities throughout the 54th floor such as a marketing gallery and dedicated co working area. John Jackson, Principal of JRM Construction West stated that they also removed all signage throughout the exterior of building along with elevator lobbies across management floors while patching up any surfaces that needed refinishing work done on them as well .
