Lincoln Market has recently secured a 20-year lease for a 35,809-square-foot store at River Place, located at 660 W. 42nd St. This new location will be one of the largest street-level grocery stores in Manhattan.
Scott Sher from Katz & Associates represented Lincoln Market in this deal, marking his fourth successful lease for the grocer. On the other hand, Silverstein Properties Inc., owner of River Place, was represented by Sean Moran, Steven Soutendijk, Alan Schmerzler Michael O’Neill and Taylor Reynolds from Cushman & Wakefield. The anticipated opening date for this new store is late 2025.
This will be Lincoln Market’s ninth location overall and its first in this area. Other locations include their recently opened Greenwich Village store as well as stores in Brooklyn Queens , and Harlem . They are currently seeking sites between 15
