Silverstein Properties recently signed a 10-year, 13,043-square-foot office lease with Brown & Riding Insurance Services Inc., one of the largest wholesale insurance brokerage firms in the United States. The firm will move to U.S. Bank Tower in Downtown Los Angeles early 2024 from its previous office at 777 S. Figueroa and occupy part of the 20th floor – marking it as the first lease signing following Silverstein’s two year $60 million capital improvement program for this building.
Harlan Strader III, VP of Leasing at Silverstein Properties commented on this deal: “We embarked on renovations with a goal to position U.S Bank Tower as LA’s leading workplace choice for companies looking for an unrivaled design and hospitality experience within a thriving commercial and cultural district.” JLL’s Jaclyn Ward, James Malone and Sarah Hancock represented Silverstein while David Kluth and Aliya Coher from Newmark represented Brown & Riding during negotiations..
